We've been loyal customers for years and have always loved the beautiful bouquets we've received from this florist. We upgraded our recent order from the standard bouquet to the deluxe option, but we didn't see a noticeable difference between the standard bouquet pictured on the website and the deluxe arrangement we received. The flowers were still lovely, and we'll continue supporting this local business because they've consistently had great quality and service. We just wanted to share this feedback because we expected the deluxe upgrade to be more noticeable and better reflect the additional cost.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
